Polymer Process Aid Masterbatch is based on fluoropolymers and widely recommended for improving the processibility of polymers at higher shear rates. During processing the fluoropolymer gets coated on the walls on the extruder and die. This reduces the extruder backpressure to decrease.
Polymer Process Aid Masterbatch reduces time and material required for colour changeovers and improves gloss and surface finish. It reduces also polymer gels in the product.
Polymer Process Aid Masterbatch is used in LLDPE films, HDPE pipes, cables, blow moulded bottles, PP sheets, foams, cast and oreinted films.
