Nucleating and Clarifying Masterbatches are based on latest generation of additives, which help in creating large number of nuclei sites, where cyristallization is initiated during cooling stages. The faster crystallization rate allows for higher productivity by reducing the moulding cycle time and extrusion processes. The overall percentage crystallinity of the polymer improves the stiffness and heat deflection temperature. Nucleating and Clarifying Masterbatches are used mainly in injection moulded PP applications like household containers, caps and closures, toys, high end furniture like PC transparent colour chairs, automotive and white goods mouldings.
