Desiccant Masterbatch is used to eliminate the surface defects, which are caused by water or moisture, like lensing and fisheyes in films, voids, bubble breakage, pin holes, silver streaks in moulded articles. It improves the product quality of finished products with low cost. When this product is added to polymers during melt processing, it reacts chemically and binds moisture irreversibly and becomes part of the product and it is stable upto processing temperatures of the polymers.
Desiccant Masterbatch removes moisture from all kind of recycled plastic, virgin plastics and mineral filled plastics.
