Anti Block Masterbatch is a combination of special additives. By adding this product to the plastic like to films and bags it helps from sticking together. It can be formed on the surface layer of plastic is extremely thin film lubrication with maintaining smoothness. Adding of Anti Block Masterbatch results in lowering of Coefficient of Friction. Besides from films and sheets this product also helps denesting of thermoformed articles like trays, cups. etc.
It is recommended for in PE, PP, PO, metallocene LLDPE and blown film products, stream beads bags products, blow moulding, casting processing, extrusion and injection moulding.
